About the Event

Let Amelia show you how simple it is to ferment different vegetable and fruit combinations in your own home, that lead to tasty treats you can eat daily to improve your gut health! Each student will create their own batch of fermented vegetables to take home with them and go home with a large jar and fermenting weight, along with several different recipes and the knowledge to complete them.
