About the Event

When Covid hit, we found ourselves with poorly stocked shelves and a strong reliance on the grocery store. Since then, we have vowed never to be in that situation again. We expanded our garden and plunged into the world of preserving and stocking. In this class, we want to share what we have learned with all of you!

Join us as we cover the basics of planning, preserving, and stocking your pantry. We’ll give you a brief introduction to canning, freezing, and dehydrating. There will be equipment and resources to share and discuss. Come with questions and a desire to become more self-reliant.
