About the Event

Come back on August 6th for Part 2! Learn about harvesting hardneck garlic. Three varieties were planted last November and we will begin harvesting the early varieties as the leaves die back, indicating ripeness. We will prepare the garlic for curing and set aside some for each participant when they return in two weeks to clean and bundle our precious flavor bulbs. Free for Members or $12 for non-members
