Come and grab plants for your garden as well as the season's first fresh veggies!

Time & Location

May 14, 2023, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Assawaga Farm, 626 Providence Pike, Putnam, CT 06260, USA

About the Event

All of our plants are certified organic and sold in 4"x 4" pots using the highest quality potting mix. We inoculate each plant with beneficial microbes so that these plants have the best start!

Where and when can I buy it?

Our plants are sold exclusively on our farm. You can either pre-order plants (details below) or buy them directly at our farmstand starting on May 14th, 2023. Our farmstand runs every Sunday 9-12pm from May-Nov. We'll have the full selection on our first day and offer plants every Sunday thereafter until they are sold out. We anticipate this period to be about 3 weeks.

We have extended hours on the first day (9-3pm on 5/14/23) but will return to normal hours (9-12pm) starting 5/21/23.

How much is it?

Every pot is the same price at $4.00 each.

Pots range from having 1 plant (e.g. tomatoes and zucchini) to multiple plants (kale, lettuce, flowers etc.). We recommend separating plants for pots that have 2-3 plants and spacing them apart.
